29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) therein: On or about February 21, 2019, in the machine shop, the employer allowed employees to transfer Chevron petroleum lubrication oil into a secondary container without the secondary container being marked with an identifying label. The petroleum lubrication oil is used for the CNC machines and to lube other machines.
