29 CFR 1910.136(a):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, or when the use of protective footwear will protect the affected employee from an electrical hazard, such as a static-discharge or electric-shock hazard, that remains after the employer takes other necessary protective measures.    Garden Films Productions, LLC, Norcross, GA - On or about February 15, 2019, in an empty parking lot at 6305 Crescent Drive, Norcross, GA, an employee was exposed to foot injury while performing an endo (stopping the motorcycle on front wheels) and simulating motorcycle explosion stunt without wearing boots or other protective footwear.      In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
