29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about February 21, 2019, at  3173 SW McMullen St, Port saint Lucie, FL, 34953, employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to approximately a 10-foot fall hazard on an existing residential home with a roof pitch of 7/12..    ELITE ROOFING SOLUTIONS INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number February 29, 2019, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/03/2016 , with respect to a workplace located at 4200 NW Federal Hwy, Jensen Beach, FL 34957.
