29 CFR 1910.272(m)(3): A certification record maintained of each inspection by the employer in the grain facility was not in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.272(1): a) The Andersons, Inc. located at 208 West Morenci Lyons, Ohio; On or about January 1, 2019, the employer did not maintain a certification record of each inspection performed on grain stream processing equipment such as, but not limited to, bucket elevators. Maintenance conducted a PM on the bucket elevator at the Lyons, Ohio facility, but no record was completed containing the date of the inspection, the name of the person who performed the inspection, and the serial number, or other identifier of the equipment that was inspected.
