29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) Temporary laborer lavatory (b) Staff lavatory On or about 21 February 2019 and at times prior thereto, the toilet room available for use by temporary laborers was visibly soiled and unsanitary, to include but not limited to dried feces coating the toilet bowl, a dirty plunger in the trash receptacle, multiple missing baseboards which exposed damaged sections of the walls, and damaged or missing ceiling tiles, exposing temporary laborers and staff to the hazards of bacterial contamination and communicable diseases transmitted by inadequate hygiene and the hazard of being struck by falling ceiling tiles. The toilet room available for use by staff employees had unsanitary conditions to include but not limited to missing or waterlogged baseboards, exposing staff to the hazards of bacterial contamination and communicable diseases transmitted by inadequate hygiene. The TrueBlue DBA PeopleReady was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.141(a)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1089924, citation number 1, item number 1(a) and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 1931 E Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78741.

29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2)(iv): Lavatories were not provided with individual hand towels or sections thereof, of cloth or paper, warm air blowers or clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling:'' (a) Temporary laborer's lavatory (b) Staff lavatory On or about 21 February 2019 and at times prior thereto, paper towels or other sanitary means for drying hands were not provided in the toilet rooms provided for use by staff and temporary employees, exposing employees to the hazards of bacterial contamination and communicable diseases transmitted by inadequate hygiene.
