29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before employees used the walking-working surface : The employer is failing to protect employees from trips, falls, and slips due to an uneven work surface. This was most recently documented on or about February 25, 2019 at the fueling center at the Bakers Store #320 located at 17370 Lakeside Hills Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska. There was a 1.0-inch deviation on the east side of the landing (opposite from the entrance door) and a 1.25-inch deviation on the north and south lateral sides of the landing. The deviation disrupted the walking surface between the employee entrance and the parking lot.
