29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a)  2435 Fairway Lane, Bath, PA, Worksite - On or about February 25, 2019, employees were using a stairway connecting the first floor to the second floor that did not have a stairrail installed along each unprotected side.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  2435 Fairway Lane, Bath, PA, Worksite - On or about February 25, 2019, employees are performing framing work, approximately ten feet above grade, without utilizing fall protection.  Garden Construction Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1336922, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on February 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at Allegiant and Lanark Road, Center Valley, PA.  Garden Construction Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1346210, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 16, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at Northwood Development, Lot 5, Nazareth, PA.  Garden Construction Carpentry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1330326, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Traditions of America at Saucon Valley, Lot 102, Center Valley, PA.
