29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3): Abrasive wheels used on right angle head grinders were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel:  a) Scotts Mobile Welding, service bay: On or about February 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation and struck by hazards while using DeWalt right angle grinders to fabricate and machine metal frames. The employer failed to ensure guards were affixed to all grinders.
