29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): (1) All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. At the work site, in the shop area, the employer milled raw materials into wood flooring for customers. At the time of inspection on February 26, 2019, the employer had allowed the accumulation of sawdust on the floors, around the equipment, and had not emptied the bag collection system.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): Fixtures, lampholders, lamps, rosettes, and receptacles may have no live parts normally exposed to employee contact. However, rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located at least 2.44 m (8.0 ft) above the floor may have exposed terminals. a. At the work site, in the shop area, the employer processed raw materials into wood flooring for customers. There were two electrical outlets in the shop that had damaged covers, allowing the build-up of wood dust on the receptacle.
