29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    (a)  On or about 02/26/19 - 135 Bur Oak Drive, Lot 51, Huntsville, Alabama, the ladder used by employees to access the roof was not extended 3 feet or more above the upper landing surface.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    (a) On or about 02/26/19 - 135 Bur Oak Drive, Lot 51, Huntsville, Alabama, employees operating pneumatic nailers were not wearing eye protection.    Progresso Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256363, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #82, Abby Glen Way, Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.

Progreso Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256363, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #82, Abby Glen Way, Owens Cross Roads, Alabama.    Progreso Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172334, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 11/15/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Kenthrust Lane, Gurley, Alabama.
