29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system; On February 26, 2019 located on the south side of a residential exterior structure, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while working from a ladder jack scaffold that was not protected by utilizing a personal fall arrest system. Potential fall height measured to be 12'-3".
