Location: Shop  On or about February 25, 2019, employees were exposed to point of operation machine guarding hazards that were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zones during operating cycles, including, but not limited to the following instances:  a) On or about Febuary 25, 2019, an AMADA sheer machine did not have a machine guard affixed to protect employees from entering the danger zones during operating cycles.  b) On or about Febuary 25, 2019, an AMADA press break machine did not have a machine guard affixed to protect employees from entering the danger zones during operating cycles.
