29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt or harness with lanyards attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employees working from an aerial lift: Worksite located at 111 N. Main St., Webb City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall and catapult hazards in that the employees were observed working out of an aerial lift and were not wearing harnesses with lanyards attached to the boom or basket of the lift.
