29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) Pharmacy Room H1009; A Keurig, Magic Chef microwave and Sanyo refrigerator were plugged into a surge protector power strip (RPT). The UL listing states that relocatable power taps (RPTs) are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment, and not appliances. This exposes employees to possible electrical fire hazards.
