29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: Amend Standard to: 29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(ii): Flexible cord was not equipped with an attachment plug and energized from a receptacle outlet when used as permitted in 29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(i) [C], [F], or [H]: On or about February 25, 2019 at the west wall outside of the recreation room, employees used hand tools that were plugged into a multi-tap extension cord and had other devices connected together such as an extension cord and a string of temporary lighting. The employer did not ensure electrical equipment was used accordingly.
