29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a): Back of Facility- next to door leading to bathrooms- Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Cardboard Boxes placed in the aisle leading to two rear exits obstructed the exit route leaving a passable clearance of approximately 18 inches, on or about, 02/26/2019. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c). (b): Exit Discharge in Back of Facility- Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed. Shelving, storage containers, and cardboard boxes obstructed the exit route leaving a passable clearance of approximately 24 inches, on or about, 02/26/2019. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
