29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) Rt 73 & Baker Blvd, Marlton, NJ: on or about Feb 27, 2019 three D&E Ironworks employees were working from JLG telescoping boom aerial lifts. The employees were not using any form of fall restraint and were thus exposed to potential fall hazards.
