29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: Southeast side of parking lot: on or about February 27, 2019, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazards associated with foundation drilling work, while working/walking adjacent to the rotating cab swing radius without being trained.
