The employer allowed the storage of a Welding Box (#15) to be stored in the area. b) On or about February 26, 2019, in Plant #1, the Sub-Assembly area, near Exit Door, the employer failed to prevent a Green Cintas apron bin to block an electrical panel and allowed the bin to be stored in the area. c) On or about February 26, 2019 in Plant #3, Plasma #2 area, the employer failed to prevent the work space of electrical equipment to be used as a storage area. d) On or about February 26, 2019 in Plant #3, Plasma #1 area, the employer failed to prevent the work space of electrical equipment to be used as a storage area for a Hypertherm box.
