OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees; in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard: On or about January 04, 2019, 760 Taylor Lane, Dania Beach, FL., 33004, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while hoisting loads from a ship, with the use of a crane that was equipped with a jib and was not rigged with an anti-two blocking system or a temporary anti-two blocking alternative measure. NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
