On or about 2/25/2019, at the jobsite, employees installing wood roof trusses on a new construction residential property were not protected from falling 35 feet to the ground below.   b.  On or about 2/27/2019, at the jobsite, employees installing fascia boards on a new construction residential property were not protected from falling 35 feet to the ground below.

On or about 2/25/2019, at the jobsite, the interior staircase used by employees did not have hand rails, exposing employees to a 6-12 foot fall hazard.  b.
