29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 16946 Esplande Drive, Gulfport, MS 39507 - On or about February 27, 2019 The employer did not ensure employees framing the roof of residential construction approximately 9 feet 6 inches high were provided adequate fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards.  Lopez Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1280850, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/6/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 9321 Natures Trail, Biloxi, MS. 39530.

(a) 16946 Esplande Drive, Gulfport, MS 39507 - On or about February 27, 2019 the employer did not ensure that employee were adequately trained. The employees were working from wooden scaffolding that was job built with multiple safety hazards that exposed employees to fall hazards and the employees were not trained by a qualified person to recognize the hazards and know how to correct them.
