29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   Worksite located at 327 W. 4th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees had been using tools such as, but not limited to, radial saws and pneumatic nail guns and were not protected from eye impact hazards by the use of safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  Worksite located at 237 W.  4th Street, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the radial saw being used had its' outer insulation breached and the inner wires of the cord were exposed to employees.
