29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: The employer is failing to protect employees from struck-by or caught under hazards associated with the operation of powered industrial trucks. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on February 27, 2019 at the facility located at 87561 477th Ave, Atkinson, NE 68713. One of the powered industrial vehicles that is used to move materials inside the building and to load and unload the box truck did not have a visible data plate with weight capacity limitations identified.

The employer is failing to protect employees from the hazards associated with the chemicals used in the workplace. The most recent occurrence was evident during the inspection conducted on February 27, 2019 at the facility located at 87561 477th Ave, Atkinson, NE 68713. The employer is exposing employees to WD-40 which have been transferred from their original containers into secondary containers that are not properly labeled.
