29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee used the walking-working surface again. On or about February 27, 2019, employees engaged in drilling operations were exposed to trip and fall hazards due to the return pit missing grading in the walkway.
