29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) Nicholson Pena Inc. at 125 South Grand Avenue Fort Lupton, CO 80621: On or before 03/01/19, the employer did not insure that employees were protected from fall hazards while constructing a residential property. An employee was performing shingles work on a residential roof measured at a 5:12 pitch without the use of fall protection . This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet.
