A continuing and effective extermination program was not in instituted at the workplace: a) Dunkin Doughnuts, 3745 Bruce B. Downs Blvd. - The employer does not have an effective vermin control program. Numerous small cockroaches were observed under and behind the sandwich station. Observed on or about 3/1/2019.
