Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about February 27, 2019, at the jobsite located at 100 N St Ave Naples, FL employees cocking a window on top of a roof without the use of fall protection, were exposed to a 10-ft. fall hazard.
