29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures or in wet locations the enclosures were not weatherproof:   a) Job site, 100 West Station Square, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about February 28, 2019, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that a temporary electrical system was safe to use in that it was located in a wet/damp location but was not waterproof and no other actions were taken to prevent moisture from entering into it.
