29 CFR 1910.243(c)(3): Abrasive wheels used on right angle head grinders were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel: a) Scotts Mobile Welding, service bay: On or about February 25, 2019, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation and struck by hazards while using DeWalt right angle grinders to fabricate and machine metal frames.
