29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. The employees are not provided with suitable eye wash stations on the production floor. This was most recently documented on 2/28 at Progress Rail Service located at 4711 Bair Ave Lincoln, NE 68504. Employees are in contact with corrosive chemicals that pose a health hazard and the eyewash stations, and are not suitably maintained in the event employees require emergency eye wash.
