29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) On or about 3/5/19, at the electric panel area of the site, Depew, NY. The panel, of 120/204 Volt, 200 Amp, had 3 unused openings at the sides of panel not effectively closed. In addition, conductors did not enter the panel through openings that resulted in conductors being pinched between panel and cover, not protected from abrasion. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
