29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate material safety data sheet:   a)    Facility wide:  On or about March 5, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards from working with products such as but not limited to Shinz Show Car, Pink Car Shampoo, E  203 and did not ensure a hazardous chemical list was on site and available to employees.
