Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries:    a) Fire Extinguisher By Door 4 - The employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were readily accessible in the event of an emergency, as evident by the fact that access to the fire extinguisher was blocked by skids and debris, on or about March 5th, 2019.    b) Fire Extinguisher By Door 5 - The employer did not ensure fire extinguishers were readily accessible in the event of an emergency, as evident by the fact that access to the fire extinguisher was blocked by racks and skids, on or about March 5th, 2019.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
