29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to this standard when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible. (a) Engineering Department - Employees permitted to use 3M Model 8210 N-95 particulate respirators as protection against being exposed to particulates while performing cleaning operations, including but not limited to changing dusty HVAC filters, had not been provided Appendix D information as required for voluntary use, on or about March 5, 2019. No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
