On or about February 26, 2019, at Lot 248, 1228 Foxcroft Lane, Cumming, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 11-feet and greater while using an aluminum ladder that was set at an approximately 55 degree angle in which the top support to the foot of the ladder was not one-quarter the working length of the ladder.

Isidoro Badillo dba Triple C Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1128658, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Units 8-10, 3496 Fenton Drive, Smyrna, Georgia.    Isidoro Badillo dba Triple C Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1047235, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at Lots #13-17 South Cobb Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080.
