OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish to each of her employees employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards: a) Storage Area: On or about March 6, 2019 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working in and around storage racks that were loaded with items such as, but not limited to, home furniture, curtains, rugs, gifts, apparel, coffee, wine, craft beer, as well as several international food products, and did not display a plaque designating load sizes.
