29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. New townhome construction located at Lots #10-12 Quinn Way Milton, GA, Front side: On or about 3/06/2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to eye struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in the eye protection was not provided to employees operating these tools at 130 PSI.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: New townhome construction located on Lots #10-12, Front side: On or about 3/06/2019, and at time prior, the employer exposed employees to falls of 12-feet 7-inches to the lower level, in that employees were not attached to the fall protection system provided while engaged in siding activities on a pump jack scaffold system. O & G Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1343753, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/20/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4348 Highland Gate Parkway, Gainesville, GA 30501.
