Edison, NJ- Throughout the facility: The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.    a) Paint booth Area- The employer did not ensure that painting area was cleaned. Employees walked and worked in area where flammable layer of over spray accumulated on the floor.    b) Welding and Grinding Area- The employer did not ensure that metal dust was cleaned up from the tables and floors.    c) Metal cutting Area- The employer did not ensure that water which accumulated as a result of a rain, was cleaned up promptly.     Condition observed on or about March 6, 2019.
