29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 03/05/2019, Fedex Express, located at 13342 Lakefront Drive, Earth City, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program complete with all the required corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products/materials. The employer had not converted everything to Safety Data Sheets (SDS). There were such products as: 1) Sprayway Ammoniated Glass Cleaner may cause central nervous system disorder and/or delayed lung injury; and 2) TerraCair Ultrapure Diesel Exhaust Fluid which stated may seek medical attention and to take MSDS sheet to physician.
