OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to potential struck by hazards from falling or collapsing wood trusses: On March 6, 2019 new residential construction at Glennview Drive and St Rd 76 in Greenville, employees were exposed to potential falls, struck-by, and crushing hazards by collapsing wood trusses in that: A: The employer was rigging the trusses from a single point at the peak of the trusses and was not using a spreader bar; B: An employee was climbing over and in between improperly braced trusses to install Truslock metal space/brace equipment; C: The trusses were not properly braced to prevent collapse.

On March 6, 2019 at Glennview Drive and St Rd 76 in Greenville, an employee was working from an exterior wall top plate and truss bottom chords installing trusses at heights greater than ten feet above surface level without utilizing fall protection equipment. The Delcham LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341368, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at Faith Ct.; Greenville, WI 54942.
