Booths and screens shall permit circulation of air at floor level. Employees were exposed to diesel fuel and mineral spirits which were used as the solvent in the parts washer.  The ESP Products Inc. (DBA Port-a-Pier) was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083072, citation number 1, item number 8b and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9850 Rica Lane, Brussels, WI 54204.

Information and training may be designed to cover categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals. Employees were not trained on the hazards of the chemicals they worked with including, but not limited to diesel fuel, mineral spirits, rust inhibitor and welding fume.  The ESP Products Inc. (DBA Port-a-Pier) was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083072, citation number 1, item number 8a and was affirmed as a final order on December 28, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9850 Rica Lane, Brussels, WI 54204.
