29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7): Ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic were not secured to prevent displacement or guarded by a temporary barricade, such as a row of traffic cones or caution tape, to keep activities away from the ladder: a) On or about February 28, 2019 - 3301 3rd Avenue S, Jasper, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards when employees worked from ladders that were not secured to prevent displacement or guarded by a temporary barricade while trash was being removed from the area.

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals: (a) On or about 2/28/2019 - employer failed to provide a safe and healthy work environment in that sanitation employees were exposed to machine guarding and fall hazards that resulted in an employee receiving lacerations. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard would be to guard all identified sprockets and chains and retrain employees in sanitation on safe use and barricading of ladders.
