29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employees must be able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge. A device such as a panic bar that locks only from the outside is permitted on exit discharge doors.    On or about March 7, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that emergency exit doors in all three buildings were able to be exited out of freely.  All of the exit doors contained one of more type of lock on the inside of the door.

On or about March 7, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that employees who wear tight fitting respirators while they paint vehicles (building #3) were clean shaven so that they can achieve a tight seal with the respirator.
