29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:   A) Front of building, on or about March 6, 2019, and or times prior to, employees were operating power tools, such as a pneumatic nail gun and a circular saw, without wearing eye protection, exposing the employees to eye injuries.   There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     A) Job site, on or about March 6, 2019, and or times prior to, an employee was installing sheathing on the roof trusses of a residential home without the use of fall protection equipment, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet.   There is no abatement certification of documentation required for this item.
