The following defects on the hooks were observed: 1) A Gorbel crane with CM hoist system had a hook with missing pin. 2) A Gorbel crane with a JLG hoist system had a damaged hook pin.

29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(1): The employer had not trained employees regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format as required by December 1, 2013. On or about 03/07/2019, where employees recycled automotive engines, transmissions and other parts that may contain hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to oils, lubricants, gasoline and transmission fluids on daily basis, the employer did not train the workers of the new safety data sheet format.
