29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Ruhlman Bros., Incorporated - An employee was injured at approximately 9:45 am on February 26, 2019 and the employer became aware of that hospitalization at approximately 5:00 pm. OSHA was informed of that hospitalization at 4:15 pm on February 28, 2019. The employer confirmed the hospitalization on March 1, 2019 at 1:39 pm.
