29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(viii): Portable fire extinguishers were not inspected periodically in accordance with maintenance and use of portable fire extinguishers, N.F.P.A. No. 10A-1970. Inside new hangar building: Employees were performing hot work operations in a scissor lift. The class ABC portable fire extinguisher in the lift was last inspected in 2015. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
