29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, F-35 Hangar, Northwest Corner, Roof: On March 5, 2019, employees were installing roof insulation on roof greater than 6 feet above lower level. A fall protection system was not implemented. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet.    Premier Roofing CA, Incorporated, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, [29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10)] which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074081, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 30, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Building 332, North Island Base, San Diego, California 92101.
