For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls, work practices, and respiratory protection specified for the task on Table 1: a) At the site: On or about March 8, 2019 the employer did not implement use of an integrated water delivery system when using a handheld power cutting saw to cut granite counter material, exposing employees to a potential silicosis or lung cancer hazard.
